Refund, Return & Subscription Cancellation Policy
1. If You Are Not Clinically Eligible
If an independent licensed provider reviews your intake assessment and determines that you are not clinically eligible for treatment, 100% of any medication or program fee you paid will be refunded.
2. Prescription Medications Cannot Be Returned
Under federal and state pharmacy laws, once a prescription medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy or shipped, it cannot be returned for reuse or refunded, except in the event of verified transit damage or pharmacy dispensing error reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Easy Subscription Cancellation
You may pause or cancel your recurring membership at any time with zero cancellation fees by submitting a cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
