Payment Methods
Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card authorized for recurring transactions.
Recurring Billing Authorization
By enrolling in the Program, you authorize HUMN to charge your payment method on file for the full amount of the selected term.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, HUMN may suspend access to program services until payment is resolved. When billing issue is resolved, the customer resumes paying the remainder of installments required on plan.
Adjustments to Pricing
HUMN retains the right to adjust pricing for future terms. Participants will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes affecting renewals.
Coupons and Discounts
Participants are eligible to use one time HUMN discount or promo codes in conjunction with this program. Eligible codes can be applied at initial checkout. Should a new one-time code need to be applied to a future payment, the customer will need to contact support@humnhealth.com for assistance.
Medication Availability
HUMN makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability of specific medications included in the Program. In the event of a medication shortage or regulatory restriction, HUMN will communicate alternative options or terminate the Program.
Medical Necessity
Participation in the Program and receipt of prescribed medications are subject to the determination of medical necessity by HUMN’s healthcare providers.
All disputes regarding Program billing or services must be submitted in writing to customer support within 30 days of the disputed charge.
HUMN offers both ground and 2-day shipping options for prescription and product deliveries, with shipping methods and timelines varying based on customer location, order type, and medical provider approval. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as holidays, carrier delays, or prescription verification. Shipping details, including the selected method and tracking information, will be provided once the order has been processed.
